Our process for achieving positive change follows these steps
- Initial Positive Change Review of your organiation with one of our Change Consultants.
- The consultant prepares a Positive Change report with recommendations.
- Our consultant will agree with you which recommendations to implement and how these will be achieved.
- If required our consultant will assist with the planned implementation until successful completion.
